Brass cased mantel clock with faux mercury pendulum

£249.00

Manufactured by the Hamburg American Clock Company (HAC) around the turn of the century, this is a beautiful clock that would grace any mantelpiece.

The enamelled dial is decorated with swathes of flowers accentuated with gold and has Roman numerals.

The pendulum is a imitation of a mercury bob, with silver cylinders in place of the glass vessels.

The movement has been stripped, cleaned and fully inspected. The mainspring has been replaced. The movement has been oiled and is ready for another 10 years work before it should be service again.

The case has been polished and lacquered ensuring its luster stays.
